Through the contact and quote forms we collect: name, email, company, service type, estimated budget and your message. We do not collect sensitive data.

3. Purpose

We use your data exclusively to answer your inquiry, prepare commercial proposals and manage project communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

4. Providers

Form submissions are processed by an external provider (Formspree) and communications may take place via WhatsApp and email. Each provider processes data under its own policies.

5. Retention

We keep contact data while a commercial or potential relationship exists, and delete it upon request.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to brandup.092@gmail.com.

7. Analytics and advertising

We use Vercel Analytics (cookie-free) and Google Analytics 4 (cookie-based) to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Instagram and Facebook and show you relevant ads on those platforms. You can block these cookies from your browser settings.
